Our Nutrition

 At our academy, we believe that good nutrition is the foundation for great learning. We provide healthy, well-balanced meals every day to fuel your child’s growth, curiosity, and play.

We take the stress out of meal prep for parents by providing three fresh meals every single day:

• Breakfast: A bright start to the morning to kickstart their energy.
• Lunch: A hearty, balanced midday meal.
• Daily Snack: A nutritious afternoon pick-me-up to keep them going until pickup!

To ensure the absolute highest quality of nutrition, all of our meals follow the strict guidelines of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

• Balanced Nutrition: Our menus are carefully planned to meet and exceed all federal child nutrition guidelines.
• Portioning: Every child receives the full required standard serving size first to meet their daily nutritional milestones.
• Seconds are Welcome! Growth spurts happen! Once their required serving is finished, children are always welcome to have seconds, thirds and maybe even a fourth serving!
